What to include in your message
To help us answer faster, tell us a little about your business and what you need:
- Your business name and industry (for example, a restaurant, clinic or online store).
- Which channels you want to use: WhatsApp, Telegram or both.
- Roughly how many conversations you receive per month and how many people answer them.
- The tools you'd like to connect, such as Calendly or Shopify.
- If it's about an existing account, the email you signed up with.

Where we work
The Simplifybot team works from Bogotá, Colombia, and supports businesses across Latin America remotely. Everything happens online: the demo is a video call, setup is guided from the dashboard and support runs over email, so you can work with us from any city.
Already a customer?
Log in at app.simplifybot.co to review your conversations, update your assistant's information or change your plan. If something isn't working as expected, email support with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot or the time of the conversation.
Custom projects
